AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 50 RELATING TO
LICENSING OF DOGS, BY REDUCI'-G THE FEE FOR A BITCH TO
ONE (1.00) DOLLAR.
BE IT ORDAINET) BY THE CITY COTTTCIL of College Station,
Teas:
1. Ordin-nce No. 50 relating to the licensing of
dogs, passed and approved May 23, 1940, is hereby ?mended
as follows:
(a) Changing Section C of Article II to read as
follows:
"Paying a. license fee of one (1.00) dollar per
dog for a calendar year or fraction thereof."
(b) Adding R new section to be entitled IX to read
as follows:
"The term dog as used in this ordinance shall
refer to such an ^nimal over three months of
age, and not to an unweaned pup under three
months of age."
Passed and approved this 22nd day of August, 1949.
