AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 38 RELATING TO ZONING,
PASSED AND APPROVED ON TANUAR.Y 22, 1940, BY ADDING A NEW SECTION
THERETO TO BE DESIGNATED AS SECTION 30, PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR THE
VIOLATION OF SAID ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of College
Station, Texas:
1. Ordinance No. 38 relating to Zoning, passed and approved
on Tanuary 22, 1940, is hereby amended by the addition of a new
section to be designated as Section No. 30 and to read as follows:
"Section 30: Penalty. Any person, firm or corporation
violating any part of this ordinance shall be deemed.
guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall
be fined not less than ten (10.00) dollars nor more
than one hundred (4100.00) dollars for each offense,
and each day that such violation continues shall constitute a
separate offense."
This ordinance shall become effective upon its passage, approval
and publication.
