REGULAR MEETING MINUTES ~ 7:00PM

Board Present:
Debe Shafer, Chair; Gary Erwin, Vice Chair; Kirsten ‘Kris’ Walker; Louis Hodges; Marc Chaloupka; Roger Reese
Call to order and Roll Call. The meeting was called to order with a quorum present at 7:00 PM.
Possible action concerning requests for absences of members. An absence request was received from Shawn Reynolds and David Sahm. Lou Hodges made a motion to approve the absence requests
and Kris Walker seconded the motion. The vote was called. All were in favor, and the motion passed unanimously.
Hear visitors. Hearing none, this item was closed.
Consideration, possible approval, and discussion of minutes from the meeting NOVEMBER 10, 2015. Marc Chaloupka made a motion to approve the minutes as submitted, and Lou Hodges seconded
the motion. The vote was called. All were in favor, and the motion passed unanimously.
Presentation, discussion and possible action on the Senior Advisory Committee applications and appointments. Presented by Marci Rodgers. After presentation and discussion, Lou Hodges
made a motion to approve the applications and accept the recommendations from the Senior Advisory Committee and Gary Erwin second the motion. All were in favor, and the motion passed
unanimously
Presentation, discussion and possible action on appointing members for the Parkland Dedication Subcommittee. After presentation and discussion, it was agreed that Marc Chaloupka, Gary
Erwin, Roger Reese and Debe Shafer would serve on the subcommittee. All were in favor, and the motion passed unanimously
Report, possible action, and discussion concerning the current Parks Projects and Dedications of Less than Five Acres. Presented by Rusty Warncke. Informational item only, no action
was taken.

Adjourn. March Chaloupka made a motion to adjourn the meeting, and Gary Erwin seconded the motion. The vote was called. All were in favor, and the meeting adjourned at 7:27PM.
