AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE AMENDMENT OF QRDINANCE NO. 38
RELATING TO ZONING BY ADDING: TO EACH SECTION 5,6,7,9, and 15,
INCLUSIVE, A NEW ARTICLE OR SENTENCE PROHIBITING DETACHED
BILLBOARDS OR SIGNS IN DISTRICTS NUMBERS 1, 2, 3, and 5,
RESPECTIVELY, AND ALL AREAS NOT INCLUDED IN TLTOSE DISTRICTS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of College Station,
Texas:
Ordinance No. 38 is hereby amended as follows:
1. Section No. 5 shall be amended bzT the addition of a 9th Article
to read as follows: No detached billboard or sign shall be permitted
in District No. •1.
