Call to order and Roll Call.
Possible action concerning requests for absences of members.
Hear visitors.
Consideration, possible approval, and discussion of minutes from the meeting February 10, 2015.
Discussion from Dr.Smeins on the Navasota Ladies Tresses in Lick Creek Park.
Presentation on the Safety City by Mary Jo Prince, Texas A&M Agrilife Extension Service.
Discussion and possible action on the Senior Advisory committee applications from June Morris and Mickey Stokes.
Update from Virginia McCall on the current and upcoming Youth/Teen programming.
Update from Amy Atkins on the park zone balances.
Report, possible action, and discussion concerning the current Capital Improvements Program:

Dedications of Less than Five Acres
Discussion and possible action on the C3 Development project.
Requesting to pay a fee in lieu of parkland dedication. The project is vested so the parkland dedication amount would be $731 per dwelling unit.
Parkland Dedication based upon 4 bedroom units
4 bedrooms * 186 units = 744 bedrooms
186 units * $731/unit = $135,966 parkland fees due
Proposed Bedrooms Onsite = 801
801 bedrooms – 744 bedrooms for 186 units = extra 57 bedrooms
Assume all 4 bedroom units
57 bedrooms / 4 bedrooms per unit = an extra 14.25 units to get same # of beds without 5 bed units
15 units * $731/unit = $10,965 extra parkland dedication fees.
