AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING EASEMENTS ACROSS LOTS 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16,
17, BLOCK 4, REDMOND TERRACE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of College Station, Texas:
That a twenty -foot (20 ft.) utility easement previously dedicated across Lots
11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, Block 4, Redmond Terrace Addition to the City of College
Station as recorded by plat and dedication in Vol. 188, page 295 of the Brazos County
Deed Records be abandoned, vacated and held null and void, so that fee title with full
use and control may revert to the original party dedicating same or those who hold
under him. It has been found as a matter of record that the City of College Station
has never made entry upon or taken use or possession of this easement and that it
has no plans for future use of such property; and
That a thirty-foot (30 ft.) utility and drainage easement previously dedicated
across Lots 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, Block 4, Redmond Terrace Addition to
the City of College Station as recorded by plat and dedication in Vol. 188, page 295
of the Brazos County Deed Records be abandoned, vacated and held null and void so
that fee title with full use and control may revert to the original party dedicating same
or those who hold under him. It has been found as a matter of record that the City
of College Station has never made entry upon or taken use or possession of this easement
and that it has no plans for future use of such property.
