AN ORDINANCE TO REZONE LOTS 4, 5, 6, BLOCK 10, BOYETT ADDITION,
PRESENTLY ZONED AS DISTRICT NO. 3, APARTMENT HOUSE DISTRICT, TO
DISTRICT NO, 5, SECOND BUSINESS DISTRICT.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of College Station, Texas:
WHEREAS, the City Council has held a public hearing in the City Hall at
7:00 p. m. , February 27, 1967, on the question of rezoning areas within the city
limits,
AND WHEREAS, the City Council has heard all parties pertaining thereto
and having the recommendation of the City Planning and Zoning Commission has
determined the following:
To rezone or change the classification of Lots 4, 5, 6, Block 10, Boyett Addition,
presently zoned as District No. 3, Apartment House District, to District No. 5,
Second Business District, and it is so ordained that said change be effective immediately.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 27th day of February, 1967.
