ORDINANCE NO. 473
AN ORDINANCE RECEIVING CERTAIN TERRITORY ADJOINING THE LIMITS OF THE CITY
INTO AND INCORPORATING THE SAME AS A PART OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION,
TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of College Station,
Texas:
Upon compliance with Article II, Section 7, of the City Charter and
applicable laws of the State of Texas, the following territory shall be
incorporated within the city limits:
Beginning at an iron rod at the most easterly corner of the South
Knoll Addition.
Thence S 440 53' 53" W a distance of 551.94 feet with the southeast
line of said South Knoll Addition to an iron rod.
Thence N 44° 52' 54" W a distance of 1125.92 feet through the said
South Knoll Addition to a concrete monument.
Thence N 66° 54' 30" E a distance of 656.51 feet to an iron rod.
Thence S 23° 05' 30" E a distance of 120 feet to the most southerly
corner of Lot 12, Block 17 of the South Knoll Addition.
Thence N 66° 54' 30" E a distance of 51.9 feet to the southeast corner
of Lot 12, Block 17 of the South Knoll Addition.
Thence N 45° 00' 00" E to a point in the line between the South Knoll
Addition and The Glade Subdivision, said point being 530 feet South 45° East
from the Northeast corner of said South Knoll Addition.
Thence S 45° 00' 00" E,a distance of 732.94 feet with the line between
the South Knoll Addition and The Glade Subdivision to the point of beginning
and containing 17.57 acres of land more or less.
