ORDINANCE NO. 451
AN ORDINANCE TO RE70NE LOT 15, BLOCK 2 OF THE TAUBER ADDITION FROM DISTRICT NO.
2, SECOND DWELLING HOUSE DISTRICT, TO DISTRICT NO. 3, APARTMENT HOUSE DISTRICT.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of College Station, Texas:
WHEREAS, the City Council has held a public hearing in the City Hall at
7:00 p.m., January 24, 1966 on the question of rezoning areas within the city
limits;
AND WHEREAS, the City Council has heard all parties pertaining thereto
and having the recommendation of the City Planning and Zoning Commission has
determined the follbwing:
To rezone Lot 15, Block 2 of the Tauber Addition from District No. 2, Second
Dwelling House District, to District No. 3, Apartment House District, and it
is so ordained that said change be effective immediately.
PASSED .AND APPROVED this 24th day of January, 1966.
