AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE SCHEDULE OF UTILITY RATES FOR THE CITY OF COLLEGE
STATION, REVEALING A SECTION OF ORDINANCE NO. 263, AND PROVIDING FOR AN .&'FEC-
TIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the city council of the city of College Station, Texas:
Section I. (A) of Ordinance No. 263 of the city of College Station, Texas,
dated April 28, 1958, which is hereby referred to, is hereby amended to read
as follows:
(A) Rates for Electricity
For electricity for domestic, commercial and/or industrial consumers
using electricity within the corporate limits of the city shall be
as follows:
1. 0-25KWH 60 per KWH
2. 26- 100KWH . . p . . . per KWH
3. 101 - 180 KWH • . o 24¢ per KWH
4, 181 - 40,000 KWH 2¢ per KWH
5. All KWH over 40,000
and over 150 KWH per
kilowatt of demand 1.4 per KWH
6. Minimum monthly charge . . . $1.00
(B) This rate shall be effective on all invoices submitted by the city
of College Station to users on or about March 1, 1965.
