AN ORDINANCE TO REZONE LOTS 11 TO 14, INC., BLOCK 3, COLLEGE HILLS ESTATES
AND LOTS 13 TO 20, INC., BLOCK 9, COLLEGE HILLS ESTATES FROM DISTRICT NO. 1,
FIRST DWELLING HOUSE DISTRICT TO DISTRICT NO. 4, FIRST BUSINESS DISTRICT.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of College Station,
Texas:
WHEREAS, the City Council has held a public hearing in the City Hall
at 7:00 p.m. May 27, 1963 on the question of rezoning areas within the
city limits;
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has heard all parties pertaining there-
to and having the recommendation of the City Planning and Zoning Commission
has determined the following:
To rezone or change the
3, College Hills Estates and
Estates from District No. 1,
First Business District, and
immediately.
classification of Lots 11 to 14, inc., Block
Lots 13 to 20, inc., Block 9, College Hills
First Dwelling District to District No. 4,
it is so ordained that said change be effective
