ORDINANCE NO. 333
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE ZONING OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED AREA TO
"DISTRICT NO. 1, FIRST DWELLING HOUSE DISTRICT":
FIRST TRACT: Lying and being situated in the Richard Carter
Survey in Brazos County, Texas; and beginning at the most
northerly corner of Woodland Estates Addition to the City of
College Station, Texas;
THENCE N 450 E along the NW line of a tract of land now or
formerly owned by H. P. Dansby, a distance of 5280 feet;
THENCE S 45° E a distance of approximately 5154 feet to a
point in the SE line of the Richard Carter Survey of Brazos
County, Texas;
THENCE S 450 W along the line between the Richard Carter Survey
and the Morgan Rector Survey, a distance of 5280 feet to a point
in the SE line of the Albert Dominik 153 acre tract. This point
also being the most easterly corner of the Albert Dominik land
taken into the city limits of the City of College Station, Texas,
by Ordinance No. 231 dated May 30, 1956;
THENCE N 450 W a distance of 5153.9 feet to the point of beginning.
SECOND TRACT: Lying and being situated in the Morgan Rector
Survey in Brazos County, Texas, and beginning at the inter-
section of the NE right-of-way line of State Highway No. 6
with the line between the Richard Carter Survey and the Morgan
Rector Survey of Brazos County, Texas;
THENCE N 45° E along the line between the Richard Carter Survey
and the Morgan Rector Survey a distance of 10560 feet;
THENCE S 45° E a distance of 1124 feet;
THENCE S 450 W a distance of approximately 10560 feet to a point
in the NE right-of-way line of State Highway No. 6; THENCE, in a
NW direction along the NE right-of-way line of State Highway No.
6 a distance of 1124 feet to point of beginning.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of College Station, Texas:
THAT WHEREAS, the City Zoning Commission, after consideration, has rec-
ommended that all that certain area of land described herein be zoned as
Q"District No. 1, First Dwelling House District"; and

WHEREAS, the City has ordered and has held a public hearing, after due
publication, as required; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has unanimously passed said ordinance, zoning
said areas for the following purposes: For any uses permitted in "District
No. 1, First Dwelling House District" as now stipulated and contained in
Ordinance No. 38.
IT IS FURTHER ORDAINED that all other provisions of said Ordinance No.
38 and the amendments thereto, are adopted and made a part of this Ordinance,
and all penalties and other provisions dontained therein are here now included
and adopted.
