ORDINANCE NO. 323
AN ORDINANCE RELOCATING AN EXISTING DRAINAGE EASEMENT BETWEEN LOTS 30
AND 31, LEACREST ADDITION, SECOND INSTALLMENT, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY
OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the developer of the Leacrest Addition has heretofore given a
drainage easement to the City of College Station, described as follows:
Beginning at an iron rod for the common corner of Lots 30 and 31
in the northeast right-of-way of Glade Street.
Thence N 26° 43' E, 165.2 feet to a point in the northeast line
of Lot 31 and the southwest line of the Albin J. Kapchinskie tract,
said point being the ending point of the herein described easement.
AND WHEREAS, said easement needs to be relocated and the City finds it
would be in the best interest of the public to relocate said easement;
AND WHEREAS, all of the interested parties have requested said reloca-
tion;
NOW THEREFORE, the above easement is relocated as follows:
Beginning at an iron rod for the common corner of Lots 30 and 31
in the northeast right-of-way of Glade Street.
Thence N 29° 05' E, 163.1 feet to an iron rod for the common
corner of Lots 30 and 31 in the southwest property line of the
Albin J. Kapchinskie tract, said iron rod being the ending point
of the herein described easement.
and the old easement is abandoned and the City does accept the relocated
easement for permanent drainage.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 25th day of August, 1961.
