ORDINANCE NO. 624
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 542, BY AMENDING SECTION 2
THERETO AND PROVIDING FOR AUTOMATIC ZONING OF ANNEXED TERRITORY.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of College Station, Texas:
1. Ordinance No. 542, relating to automatic zoning of annexed territory is
hereby amended to read as follows:
2. Any and all lands which may be annexed to the area of the limits of the
city, shall be automatically zoned as District #1, First Dwelling House District,
unless otherwise specified or until otherwise specifically zoned by the City Council,
and shall remain so classified until such area is changed to another classification,
as provided under Zoning Ordinance No. 38 and the laws of the State of Texas.
