ORDINANCE NO. 583
AN ORDINANCE TO REZONE LOTS 1, 2, 3, 10, 11, AND 12, BLOCK 1, TAUBER ADDITION
PRESENTLY ZONED AS DISTRICT NO. 2, SECOND DWELLING HOUSE DISTRICT, TO DISTRICT
NO. 4, FIRST BUSINESS DISTRICT.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of College Station, Texas:
WHEREAS, the City Council has held a public hearing in the City Hall at
7:00 p.m., July 22, 1968 on the question of rezoning areas within the city
limits;
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has heard all parties pertaining thereto
and having the recommendation of the City Planning and Zoning Commission has
determined the following:
To rezone or change the classification of Lots 1, 2, 3, 10, 11, and 12,
Block 1, Tauber Addition presently zoned as District No. 2, Second Dwelling
House District, to District No. 4, First Business District, and it is so ordained
that said change be effective immediately.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 22nd day of July, 1968.
