AN ORDINANCE TO REZONE LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK 1, COLLEGE HILLS ADDITION PRESENTLY
0ZONED AS DISTRICT NO. 3, APARTMENT HOUSE DISTRICT, TO DISTRICT NO. 4, FIRST
CO BUSINESS DISTRICT.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of College Station, Texas:
WHEREAS, the City Council has held a public hearing in the City Hall at
7:00 p.m., June 26, 1967 on the question of rezoning areas within the city
limits;
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has heard all parties pertaining thereto
and having the recommendation of the City Planning and Zoning Commission has
determined the following:
To rezone or change the classification of Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, College
Hills Addition, presently zoned as District No. 3, Apartment House District,
to District No. 4, First Business District, and it is so ordained that said
change be effective immediately.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 26th day of June, 1967.
