Below is a short list of the many things you’ll be able to do with this wonderful new software, as well as a few screenshots, that the City is excited about implementing. Tracking the Numbers NEW COMMERCIAL PERMITS 3 YEAR—COMPARISON BY MONTH Total Permits: YTD - 1 yr YTD - 2 yr -19% 10% Year-to-date, total permits experi- enced a decrease in quantity when compared to last year at this time, July 2013, and experienced an in- crease when compared with two years ago, July 2012. New Single-Family Homes: YTD – 1 yr YTD– 2 yr 8% 26% Year-to-date, single-family home permits experienced an increase in quantity when compared to last year at this time, July 2013, and increased when compared with two years ago, July 2012. Plans and review comments will also be able to be reviewed online at any time. With the new TRAKiT software you’ll be able to report an issue in the City with ease, you’ll be notified about the progress of the issue, as well as be able to track the status online.
