1. Update by Al Mayo, City Planner on probable future
developments which will require decisions regarding park-
land locations.
2. Consideration of a recomendation to enter into a 'Lease
agreement with St. Mary's church granting use of their
property on Anderson Street for recreational purposes.
3. Consideration of a proposal to improve the drainage and
requiring that an access easement or right-of-way be
granted on the South end of the Wayne Smith Park.
4. Other business.
5. Adjourn.

then access to Montclair Street by tying it in to Eleanor Street.
