I. Call to order II. Welcome and hear visitors III. Approval of minutes from regular meeting on January 28, 2013 IV. Discussion, consideration and possible action concerning Council decision to move Board and Committee Appointments to January V. Discussion, consideration and possible action concerning update on signage for Brian Bachmann Community Park - Amy Atkins, Assistant Director of Parks & Recreation VI. Discussion, consideration and possible action concerning program sub - committee report regarding upcoming programs and events VII. Discussion and possible action concerning the Senior Advisory Committee Goals FY 2012 and 2013. VIII. Presentation, possible action and discussion on Senior Services Coordinator Report regarding current and upcoming programs and events • Seniors Expo • College Station Senior Games IX. Presentation, discussion and possible action on future agenda items: A Committee member may inquire about a subject for which notice has not been given. A statement of specific factual information or the recitation of existing policy may be given. Any deliberation shall be limited to a proposal to place the subject on an agenda for a subsequent meeting. X.
