Please provide private access easements that are the width and depth of the entrances located along the east side of the property. 2. Provide 20' private access easement between Lot 1 and Lot 2. The site plan reflects an entrance at the south of Lot 1 to Lot 2. 3. This subdivision qualifies as a building plot. If you would like to have this declared as a building plot, it would allow Lot 2 to participate in shared freestanding signage. If not, Lot 2 will only be allowed to have attached signage as it has no frontage on a public street. Please add the note: "For signage and access purposes, this 14.51 acre tract will be considered as one building plot," if you plan to allow shared signage.
