He is going to contact BTU, Verizon, and Wellborn Water to get a letter stating that they do not have lines in those easements. He will provide you with a copy of those letters. There is currently a 20' Public Utility Easement (10' each side of the lot line) that will also be eliminated. After inspecting the conditions on the ground, I see no visible evidence of any utilities in this existing easement. I have attached three photos that show this lot line and the existing easement. The three photos are in progression walking down the lot line from the street and ending where the woods become thick. Should you have any questions or need additional information, please advise.
