Need to submit:
• Application
• Fee
• Metes/Bounds- description of property plus additional piece in rear
• Elevation Drawings (all elevations or are some pictures of similar treatment
ok??)

• Sizes of islands for interior and NRA island analysis

o If this changes with traffic analysis we will just reduce#drives onto
texas—will not affect approval of the rdd or have to go back?
• Exempt area of Pod 1 behind the building from interior islands in UDO and
NRA parking standards
