SUBJECT: Variance Request for 211 Lee Avenue (ZBA)
Staff reviewed the above-mentioned application as requested. The following page is a
list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Please
address the comments and submit the following information by Monday, December 19th
for further staff review and to remain on schedule for the January 10, 2006 meeting:
One (1) site plan or property survey showing existing and proposed
improvements.

PLANNING
1. Please submit a site plan or survey showing existing and proposed improvements.
2. The Zoning Board of Adjustment Application submitted does not specify the extent
of the rear setback being requested. Please specify this within the submitted site
plan or survey referenced above.
3. This application is incomplete pending the receipt of the requested items as staff is
not able to generate a recommendation based on the information submitted.

next transmittal letter and"bubbled"on your plans. Any additional changes on these plans that have not been pointed out to the
