FYI - the site plan, landscape plan, and other design elements on site must also be approved by the Design Review Board. These items may be submitted at a later date for review at a future DRB meeting. 2. The Unified Development Ordinance requires the submission of all building elevations for review and approval by the Design Review Board. Building materials and colors are evaluated based on, among other criteria, placement on the building facade and harmony with the architecture. This can not be evaluated without building elevations. 3. Please indicate which of the submitted materials and colors are proposed for this development. Also indicate where on the elevations these materials are proposed. Reviewed by: Jennifer Prochazka Date: December 9, 2005
