If the developer wants this line relocated, he will need to contact BTU Line Design at 821-5770 to begin the relocation process. They will be able to determine what (if any) additional easements will be required as well as the cost of relocation. • If the developer wants overhead electrical facilities,he will need to show a note using the following language granting a "5'wide easement for anchors and guy wires necessary to help support overhead utility lines. Easement will extend 20' beyond any utility easement." • Please call BTU Line Design at 821-5770 at least 90 days before power is needed to begin the process for providing power to the area. Olden Homeplace • The 20' powerline easements shown as being situated in the easement recorded in Volume 98, page 82 should be shown as a platted 20' easement on the subject property.
