Sausalito apartment's is a multi-family approximately 130 feet across the street. b. However the shopping center has adequate parking for this increase in traffic and the increase will most likely occur during the hours when other retail business are closed allowing for the available space. • The number of employees will include a Manager, Bar Manager, four bartenders, two bar-backs, two waitress, and four floor staff. • The total building capacity will be approximately be 200 persons.
