Such public right-of-way/easement should be abandoned because: The extension of Agronomy Road north of F&B Road will tie directly into Finfeather Road north of F&B Road to provide new access to Finfeather Road(north) . 8. Such public right-of-way/easement has been and is being used as follows: The portion of Right of Way just north of F&B Road will be used for access to the TAMU Water Plant only. Finfeather Road will be removed between the plant ' s north access drive and the tie of Agronomy Road .
