Items that need to be addressed prior to Temporary C.O.:
1.Remove: Porta Potty's, construction dumpster, safety cones, construction sign and dirt pile on
S.W.Parkway
After the above items have been addressed a 30-day Temporary C.O. can be issued.
Items that need to be addressed prior to final C.O.:
1. 100% established ground cover on all disturbed areas
2. Erosion control needs to be removed
3. Rip rap needs to be in place as shown on approved site plan

Jennifer,
To satisfy our Non-Residential Architectural Standards as discussed over the phone (12-28-05), we added
pilasters to the West Elevation. To accomplish this, we stepped back the windows and wall below from the plane
of the main wall, creating the appearance of pilasters between windows. As far as itemizing the elements for
each elevation, I will only address the main building and not the drive-thru. (as discussed over the phone)The
South Elevation is 74'-0" long and has (2)wall plane projections of 4+ feet, columns, a recessed entry and a
canopy porch. The East Elevation is 64'-3" long and has (3)wall plane projections of 4+ feet, columns, pilasters,
a recessed entry and a canopy porch. The North Elevation is 74'-0" long and has (4)wall plane projections of 4+
feet, a column, and a drive-thru canopy. The West Elevation is 64'-3" long and has (3)wall plane projections of
4+ feet, columns, pilasters and a canopy porch. I hope this helps with your review.
Could you let me know where we are with the site review for Brenham? How longer might we have to wait for an
approval assuming there are no more comments? Please let me know if I can help with any other questions.
