Ms Hart! &ZBA:
As a neighbor who owns the house directly across the street from 1208 Walton, I do not object to the
requested variance to the side setback, especially since the closest neighbor has endorsed it.
As a former ZBA member, I would have a hard time identifying the special condition or undue hardship
since the existing house is about 30 ft. from the property line and a typical 2-car garage door is less than
20 ft. wide. Perhaps the trees or other things on the property do create some special condition that is not
evident to me.

As the adjacent property to the above property I am writing this letter supporting the
approval of Mr. Watson's side set-back variance request. Mr. Watson has discussed this
issue with me and his reasoning for the request is justified.As an owner in the
neighborhood,I support efforts to further revitalize the homes in the area.
