The following page is a list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Two (2) 24"x36" copies of the revised final plat; One (1) Mylar original of the revised final plat; and One (1) copy of the digital file of the final plat on diskette or e-mail to nmanhart@cstx.gov Upon receipt and staff approval of the required documents the amending plat will be filed. The Current Plat depiction does not reflect the area as approved in the Shenandoah Phase 8-B Final Plat. 2. The Current Plat depiction does not show all of the monumentation references along the common lot line of the two lots. 3. Demonstrate on the Current Plat depiction that the improvements meet the required setbacks from the common lot line. 4. Integration of the PUE with the Amending Plat is okay to facilitate Electrical comments. Reviewed by: TREY FLETCHER/JOSH NORTON Date: 11-14-2005 ELECTRICAL 1.
