The following page is a list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Please address the comments and submit the following information for further staff review: One (1) revised landscaping plan Indemnity agreements from abutting fee owners Bond in the amount of$600 Please note that the indemnity agreements, bond, and necessary documents are required prior to the issuance of a building permit. If there are comments that you are not addressing with the next submittal, please attach a letter explaining the details. Indemnity agreements are required. Please see the attached form. 2. Mountain Breeze Way will be Eagle Ave.—please make this change and identify the width of the Eagle Ave. pavement and right-of-way. 3. Please correct the symbol in the Plant List for the dwarf maiden grass. Reviewed by: Molly Hitchcock Date: October 19, 2005 ENGINEERING 1. Please identify location of water meter in plan view. Water meter must be located within an easement. 2. Utilities feels that as a condition for using the public ROW, the landscaping should utilize a drip irrigation system. Drip irrigation will conserve water and help keep the yard fences and sidewalk areas dry in lieu of a spray system. The following is the staff review comment detailing the item that needs to be addressed: ■ The indemnification is required to come from the adjacent property owners. While the operation and maintenance of the project may be transferred to an HOA, the property owner(s) at the time of the PIP have to sign for all aspects of the indemnification. As per the ordinance, the indemnification will then run with the land.
