Page 6 of the Official Records of Brazos County, Texas and being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows: BEGINNING: of a 1/2—inch iron rod found morking the most westerly corner of a 0.29 acre City of College Station right—of—way tract described in Volume 1403. Page 130, soid iron rod also being in the southeast line of the T.J. ADDITION as recorded in Volume 648, Page 265; THENCE: N 02' 32' 27' E (Plot Coll — N 02• 28' 58" E) along the line between the T.J.
