FIELD NOTES
0.1673 Acre Construction Easement
Being all that certain tract or parcel of land lying and being
situated in the MORGAN RECTOR LEAGUE, Abstract No. 46 in College
Station, Brazos County, Texas and being a portion of the 40.382 acre
tract conveyed to CSL of Texas, Inc. from Federal Deposit Insurance
Corporation by Special Warranty Deed recorded in Volume 1412. Page 6
of the Official Records of Brazos County, Texas and being more
particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING: of a 1/2—inch iron rod found morking the most westerly
corner of a 0.29 acre City of College Station right—of—way tract
described in Volume 1403. Page 130, soid iron rod also being in the
southeast line of the T.J. ADDITION as recorded in Volume 648, Page
265;
THENCE: N 02' 32' 27' E (Plot Coll — N 02• 28' 58" E) along the
line between the T.J. ADDITION and the said 40.382 acre tract for o
distance of 132.30 feet to a wood stake set for corner;
THENCE: S 87• 27' 51" E through the 40.382 acre tract for a
distance of 110.18 feet to o wood stake set In the northwest fine of
the beforementioned 0.29 acre right—of—way tract;
THENCE: S 42" 19' 34" W for o distance of 172.18 feet to the POINT
OF BEGINNING and containing 0.1673 acres of land, more or less.
