The following page is a list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Please address the comments and submit the following information for further staff review by Friday, September 16th at noon: Two (2) revised maps of the zoning change request as necessary Written legal description of subject property If there are comments that you are not addressing with the revised site plan, please attach a letter explaining the details. Per telephone call last Friday, this rezoning request is not in compliance with the Comprehensive Land Use Plan that shows Floodplain/Streams for the entire parcel. You may apply for a Comprehensive Plan Amendment that will run concurrently with the rezoning request as scheduled. However, all new applications and supporting information must be received by this Friday, September 16th at noon in order to advertise appropriately. 2. Amend proposed A-O zoning configuration to be 5.0 acres, or staff will support retaining the R-1 zoning that exists. The area is not indicated as a need on the Greenways Priority Map or to have any requirements associated with the Bikeway and Pedestrian Master Plan. Answer: We have attached the Comprehensive Plan Amendment Application and corresponding maps.
