The following page is a list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Vicinity map does not reflect correct site. 2. Title block should also reference "Lot 1". 3. A cross access easement shall be provided to serve the parcel to the west. 4. Preliminary plat will not require review / approval by the Planning & Zoning Commission. It will be considered in the context of the Minor Plat as a supporting document. Developer pours transformer pad(s) per city specs and design. 4. Developer installs pull boxes as per city specs and design. (pull boxes provided by the city). 5.
