SUBJECT: VILLAGES OF INDIAN LAKES PH VI (FP) - Final Plat
Staff reviewed the above-mentioned amending plat as requested. The following page is a list of
staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Please address staff's
comments and submit the following information after County Commissioner approval for the plat
to be filed at the Brazos County Clerk's Office:
Two (2) 24"x36" copies of the revised final plat;
One (1) copy of the digital file of the final plat on diskette or e-mail to nmanhart@
cstx.gov; and
The Mylar original of the revised final plat with the owner and County Judge's
signatures.

Easement, Common Area and lot lines are confusing.
