Dear Mr. Fletcher:
I am the owner of the property located at 1001 University Drive. My property is one of
the office buildings in a complex with two other buildings. The three buildings share a
common parking lot and access to University Drive.
Recently I received the notice for the subject from your office. I do not object to the
rezoning if the following two requests are fulfilled:
1. No access to University Drive through the complex of offices be granted to the
rezoned property.
2. Adequate buffer of landscaping be provided between the rezoned property and the
office complex in which my property is located. The initial and the maintenance
cost of such landscaping will be born by the owners of 1000 Spring Loop.
