The following page is a list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Since the final plat will not be approved prior to construction, provide blanket easement or separate instruments for all infrastructure. 2. Provide separate instrument for PDE for offsite storm sewer. 3. Add sidewalk along Olympic Court as was conditioned with the Preliminary Plat. 4. Show Storm sewer conflict with existing water line (Sht 5, Sta 30+50) 5. Relocate sanitary sewer from underneath street pavement (Shts 6 and 7). 6. Per TCEQ requirements, crossing of water line under sanitary requires ductile iron pipe or encasement (Sht. 8, Sta 215+09). See TCEQ requirements. 7. Inset B is not referenced on profile as is Inset A (Sht. 8, Sta 218). 8. Developer installs conduit per city specs and design. 2. Developer provides 30' of rigid conduit for riser poles. Developer installs first 10' City installs remainder. 3. Developer installs street lights per city spec and design. 4. Developer provides digital AutoCAD 2000 version of plat and/or site plan email to tmichals@cstx.gov 5. Developer provides easements for electric infrastructure as installed for electric lines (including street lights). 6. College Station Utilities will provide the developer an electric design plan for the installation of conduits and street lights. 7. Coordinate with College Station Utilities to receive plan of electric layout for the location of easement needed on plat. 8. This revised Final Plat will require review by the Planning & Zoning Commission due to the extent of the revisions proposed, and is tentatively scheduled for the July 21st meeting. 2. Easement references (between Lots 5 and 6 of Block 49) are still shown but without bounds, was this an intended deletion? 3. The Common Area is proposed to be used for detention, the Planning & Zoning Commission required a sidewalk along one side of Olympic Court to provide connectivity to the Common Area and ultimately to Lick Creek Park. 1,0\--L, 5. Water and sewer lines no longer have minimum cover at the end of Olympic Court. 2. Drainage report— Show drainage basin for area in to Pond. 3. Drainage report- Drainage area calculations for Pond Out are not the same as those provided in the drainage for Phase 9D. Verify. 4. The layout of the storm sewer system at the end of Olympic Court in the construction documents does not match that in the drainage report. 5. Drainage Report- Should Inlet 6 to out, be Inlet'6 to 7 (Exhibit C-3)? 6. The line size of the pipe between Inlets 7 and 6.1 is indicated as 36" in the construction documents, but 42" in Exhibit C-3 on the Drainage Report. 7. Provide detention pond design information. 8.
