HomeMy WebLinkAboutMetes & Bounds6:3 PLEDGERREuE AND ASSOCIATES LAND SURVEYORS BCS DEVELOPMENT COMPANY 0.5059 ACRES All that certain tract or parcel of land lying and being situated in the Robert Stevenson League, Abstract No, 54, in College Station, Brazos County, Texas, being a part of that 41.16 -acre tract conveyed to BCS Development Co. as recorded in Volume 6231, Page 66 of the Official Records of Brazos County, Texas, (O.R.B.C.) and being a part of that called 154 -acre tract conveyed to Wayne A. Dunlap and Beverly J. Furrer, et al, as recorded in Volume 854, Page 57, O.R.B.C. and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a cross -tie fence comer in the southeast line of Barron Road for the most northerly comer of this tract, also being the north comer of the said BCS Development Co. tract, also being the west comer of the College Station Independent School District called 64.28 -acre tract as recorded in Volume 3604, Page 243, O.R.B.C.; THENCE along the northeast line of the said BCS Development Co. tract S 480 07' 31" E, 33.80 feet to a 1/2" iron rod found for the most easterly corner of this tract; THENCE severing the said BCS Development Co. tract S 42' 35' 06" W, 733.53 feet to a 5/8" iron rod set for the most southerly comer of this tract, also lying in the northeast line of a 3.43 -acre remainder of the said Dunlap and Furrer tract; THENCE along the southwest line of this tract N 48' 02' 48" W, 26.29 feet to a point in the southeast line of Barron Road for the most westerly comer of this tract, also being the west comer of the said BCS Development Co. tract; THENCE along the southeast line of Barron Road N 41' 59' 54" E, 733.44 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING containing 0.5059 acres.
