Staff reviewed the above-mentioned final plat as requested. The following page is a list of staff
review comments detailing items that need to be ad II comments have been

ENGINEERING
. This is a replat, please fill out a Final Plat/Replat application which is available on our
website (http://www.cstx.gov/docs/final_plat.pdf). An additional $200 fee is also required for
the public hearing.
/2. The scan of the original plat is not legible, nor to scale. Please provide an illustration of the
original plat on the proposed replat that can be read and to scale.
Please amend the title block from Partial Replat No. 3 to read Replat of Lot 4, Block 1
,/4. Block numbering is not correct. There is already a Lot 1 and 2 on this block. Please
renumber appropriately as 4A and 4B.
5. Please illustrate the 15' PUE which runs along Texas Avenue that was shown on the site
A plan.
Please illustrate the PUEs which were dedicated for the 2 fire hydrants.
7: Please return the signed temporary blanket easement. This easement will not be eligible for
release until the re -plat illustrating the 15' PUE for the public sanitary sewer line has been
filed.

1. Developer provides easements for electric infrastructure as installed for electric lines
2. Developer provides a 10' PUE along Texas Avenue.
3. Developer shall provide 20' PUE for proposed primary electrical conduit and transformer
location.
4. To discuss any of the above electrical comments, please contact Sam Weido at
