The numbered comments below correspond to the staff review comments. ENGjNEERING/PLANNING (Carol Cotter/Jennifer Reeves) I Response: The hatching has been added to Victoria R.O.W. Response: The title has been changed to Preliminary Plat 3. Response: A mylar copy will be provided once the preliminary plat is approved. 4'. ' Response: Note 11 was added to the plat stating that the 3 -acre park will be dedicated with Phase 2. 5! Response: The distance for L1 has been revised to reflect the correct distance. ELECTRICAL (Tony Michalsky) V Response: The reserve tract will have to be platted prior to development. The 10' P.U.E.'s can betaken at that time. I went ahead and added the 10' P.U.E.'s just so that everyone knows that 10' P.U.E.'s will be required when the tract is developed. Response: Tony Michalsky will be contacted if questions arise regarding the electrical comments. Also, please find attached one (1) copy of the revised preliminary replat, one (1) mylar copy of the revised preliminary replat, and one (1) CD with the digital file of the revised preliminary plat. The following page is a list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Please address the comments for further staff review and approval. One (1) updated preliminary plat application One (1) 24" x 36" copy of the revised preliminary plat; One (1) Mylar original of the revised preliminary plat; and, One (1) copy of the digital file of the preliminary plat on diskette or e-mail to nmanhart@cstx.gov Upon receipt of the required documents for review, your project will be considered formally filed with the City of College Station. Add note that the 3 -acre park will be dedicated with Phase 2. 5. Why was the distance of L1 changed? The plat no longer closes with this change.
