The following page is a list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Please address the comments and submit the following information for further staff review and approval of the plans: One (1) sets of revised construction documents. (Sheet 4) Will hand rails be needed at the open ditch crossing at Sta. 55+50? 2. (Sheet 4) In profile at Sta. 59+50 the inlet number is labeled incorrectly. 3. (Sheet 10) Sanitary sewer line must terminate in a manhole as there is more than 4' of cover. 4. FYI - (Sheet 9) In profile at Sta. 115+90 should this note read " 10" D-2241 Casing ". 5. FYI - (Sheet 10) In profile at Sta. 126+60 should this note read " 10" D-2241 Casing " as on Sheet C9. 6. (Sheet 13) Move service connection (3) to the main outside of pavement. 7. (Sheet 13 & 14) Water valves are required every 800'. 8. (Sheet 14) Move service connection (21) & (22) to the main outside of pavement. 9. Please submit the updated cost estimate for this phase. 10. Does the NOI that was filled for previous phases cover this phase?
