PLANNING

ENGINEERING
1. Blow off required at end of 3" water line.
2. Private sewer shall meet plumbing code regarding slope, cleanouts, etc.
3. As discussed with Phase 4, public water main requires a PUE. Please show proposed
PUE or note on plans.
4. On previous phases the water taps were double, but this phase shows a single tap for
each unit. What is the reasoning?
5. FYI: A Development Permit was submitted for Phase 4&5 combined (Rough Grading).
I am assuming a full development permit will follow under the same permit. As
submitted the public infrastructure will only be accepted when both phases are
complete. To have each phase accepted individually will require a separate DP for
Phase 5.
