RE: LOT 21 -BLOCK 1 - FOXFIRE PHASE I
Dear Mr&Mrs Stansell:
As you are aware, a sewerline has been constructed behind your lot. In accordance with
the City of College Station Ordinance #1993, those lot owners who connect to this line
will be charged their proportionate share of the line cost at the time a plumbing permit is
requested. This fee is applicable to Lot 21, Block 1, Foxfire Phase I Subdivision and is a
charge IN ADDITION TO a normal tap fee. The normal tap fee is currently $350.00 but
is subject to change. The line cost fee for your lot is $9,306.39 which is a stable cost.
This letter is not a request/requirement to connect to the system at this time. It is meant
to make you aware of a potential fee, if and when, you may connect to the system.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call. The Engineering Division's
hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and our phone number is (409) 764-
3570.• erely,

Dear Mr. Munro,
Thank you for your recent agreement to convey an easement for • e Wolf Pen Creek Upper

recommendation. Stan is in accord with your request but is unable to make any binding

Dear Mr. O'Rear,
This letter is to reiterate the conversation I had with you earlier this month regarding
the pro-rata fee that is required on the sewer line that you constructed and connected
to the public line in Foxfire earlier this year. You stated that Mr. Butch Willis indicated
to you that no other fees were due. I apologize for the misinformation, but Mr. Willis
was not aware of the pro-rata fee since our department is responsible for
administering those fees, not his department.
Unfortunately, a note regarding this fee did not pop up when the sewer tap was
requested in March, but the amount is still due. As mentioned, the amount due is
$9,306.39. Once collected, this amount is sent to the homeowner who originally paid
for and constructed the sewer line that you have connected to. Please forward this fee
to the City of College Station at your earliest convenience or contact Brett McCully,
Assistant City Engineer, or myself at 764-3570 regarding your intentions.
For your additional information, I have attached a copy of the Ordinance authorizing
the City to collect these fees, as well as a copy of the letter I faxed you on May 5th, that
was sent to John and Sally Stansell in June 1997, regarding this line cost fee.
Thank you, /
