For shop addition, provide building elevation, color samples and materials list/samples in accordance with Sec. 7.9 of the UDO. The structure, which is non-conforming by physical design, may be enlarged or structurally altered so long as such enlargement or alteration otherwise complies with the terms of the UDO. 3. Drive aisle in new parking area must be 23' versus 21'. 4. Each off-street parking space shall be 9 feet by 20 feet, or an 18-foot space may be utilized where the space abuts a landscaped island with a minimum depth of four feet. Show dimensions. 5. Existing landscaping on overall site in poor condition where many of the specimens are non- existent, based on field inspection, in contrast to the submitted site plan and the approved site/landscaping plan for Allen Honda in particular from June, 2002 reflected in Planning Case file no. 02-103. All landscaping must be to standard prior to Certificate of Occupancy. 6. Landscape plan references existing landscaping. Please denote location and barricading of such to receive credit. 7. Show plant symbols in legend for landscape plan. 8. Proposed landscaping shown in the vicinity of the proposed parking on Sheet SP1 and SP2 does not coincide. 9. Show current zoning of parcel and abutting parcels on site plan. 2. Revise project location maps to show project location at corner of Earl Rudder Freeway and Southwest Parkway. 3. Drive aisle in new parking area must be 23'; the parking spaces meet this but the islands are too long resulting in 16-foot drive aisle. 4. Remove the three parking spaces shown between the dumpster and the shop addition. 5. The entire developed site area represented on this site plan will be inspected for compliance with the approved plans and Section 7.5, Landscaping and Tree Protection. 6. Provide a general note that 100% coverage of groundcover, decorative paving, decorative rock, or a perennial grass is required in parking lot islands, swales and drainage areas, the parking lot setback, rights-of-way, and adjacent property disturbed during construction. 7. Provide a general note that all roof and ground-mounted mechanical equipment shall be screened from view or isolated so as not to be visible from any public right-of-way or residential district within 150' of the subject lot, measured from a point five feet above grade. Such screening shall be coordinated with the building architecture and scale to maintain a unified appearance. Location Plan does not adequately show the scope of improvements proposed and must designate existing site layout and proposed changes to the site; as a result this site plan application is incomplete and additional comments may be generated. 2.
