Please see the attached report for, Ms. Leatherman. She asked for all developments for all of tirne, which I won't be able
to provide, however I did run the report through 2000. Tire bed and unit counts will also be more populated as the
information becornes newer, especially the bed counts which we raid not begin consistently collecting until just recently.
Let me know if she has additional questions.

All - We thought Legal was included in this correspondence initially, but it appears there were
too many cooks in the kitchen - regardless it was my fault. Attached are two privacy guidance

Donnie initially did email a response to Andrew Dafferner indicating we needed the request from
the owner. Attached is Gary Huff's (the owner) request dated 9/25. Unless I hear otherwise, I
will forward requested information to Mr. Huff later this week.

Kristen and Donnie,
Because we have exceeded the 10 business day period to request a ruling from the attorney general we must turn over
the requested information as soon as possible. It is important to remember that simply requesting additional information
from the requestor will not stop the clock on our response. Anytime we possess information we must request a ruling
from the attorney general to withhold it. When you believe that the request is too vague or the information is confidential
it is always best practice to consult our Legal department early on, even before you ask the requestor for clarification since
our response is time sensitive.
Please let me know when you have sent the requested information to Mr. Dafferner.
