SUBJECT: CENTURY HILL (REZ)
Staff reviewed the above-mentioned zoning map amendment request as requested, but
is unable to process the request at this time. The following page is a list of staff review
comments detailing the items. Please let me know if you would like us to process a
refund of the rezoning fee, or, if you would like us to keep the application and fee until
the Comprehensive Plan Amendment request is reviewed and acted upon by the City
Council.

PLANNING
1. This application can not be processed at this time as the zoning request for M-1,
Light Industrial is not in compliance with the Comprehensive Plan. The Plan
designates this area as Regional Retail. A Comprehensive Plan Amendment would
typically be required to request a compatible land use plan designation, being
Industrial / R&D; however, a Comprehensive Plan Amendment has already been
filed that will impact this area. Should you have any questions regarding that
application, please contact the project manager, Jennifer Prochazka at 764-3570.

next transmittal letter and"bubbled"on your plans. Any additional changes on these plans that have not been pointed out to the
