SUBJECT: STONE FOREST PH 1 (FP-R) - Final Plat
Staff reviewed the above-mentioned final plat as requested. The following page is a list of staff
review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Please address the comments and
submit the following information for further staff review, approval, and filing of the plat at the
Brazos County Clerk's Office:
Two (2) 24"x36" copies of the revised final plat;
One (1) Mylar original of the revised final plat; and
One (1) copy of the digital file of the final plat on diskette or e-mail to
nmanhart@cstx.gov

PLANNING / ENGINEERING
1. Verify 15' PUE between Lots 9 & 10.
2. According to Section 212.016 of the Local Government Code, this may be processed as an
Amending Plat. Part 9 of this section allows for the relocation of one or more lot lines
between one or more adjacent lots if:
A. the owners of all those lots join in the application for amending the plat;
B. the amendment does not attempt to remove recorded covenants or restrictions; and,
C. the amendment does not increase the number of lots.
3. Resubmit a revised application for an Amending Plat with both property owners' information.
A refund of$300 will be initiated by staff upon receipt.
4. Modify plat as necessary in accordance with an Amending Plat:
• Title Block and Label
• Delete block for Planning & Zoning Commission
• Add block for City Planner
