Enclosed herewith please find the following:
1. JDE Development, Ltd.check in the amount of$300 which represents the filing fee
for amending a plat;
2. Final Plat Application for Amending Plat;
3. Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Reservations and Restrictions of Tuscany
Trace Subdivision;
4. Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of Bentwood Subdivision
Phase I;
5. Paid tax receipts; and
6. Thirteen copies of the amending plat.
This is the Amending Plat I have been discussing with Joey. It is unusual because it amends lot
lines in 2 subdivisions. It complies with the statute and is authorized but somewhat atypical. If you
