Such public right-of-way/easement should be abandoned because: The easement was abandoned several years ago and is not in use at this time. Several other easements in the neighborhood provide sewer service. City staff has indicated that there is no contemplated use for the easement. The owner would like the easement to be abandoned M order to fully enjoy and make use of the property now encumbered. 8. Such public fight-of-way/easement has been and is being used as follows: The easement was once used for sanitary sewer service. The clay line was abandoned several years ago when the system was re- routed.
