Along the northern property line there is a reference to a 75.88 ft line as chord, with no radius or curvature information. Is the chord reference intentional? Remove "proposed" from designated easements. At the moment, we are researching ability of allowing Replats to abandon PAEs. The PAE's per the V538/P721 Plat. Public Access Easement There is a great deal of confusion on which plat is what. If the plat we are reviewing cites V523/P439 then it cites a previous plat before V538/P721, being the latest plat. Easements are entirely different on 523/439. See etymology below. No one else does. If it is a chord then it needs a radius and all the other curvature info. Spring Loop better not be 50 -ft ROW !!!!! Are they trying to take 20 -ft away from us..... Are we allowing Replats to abandon easements? They are attempting to abandon some PUE's. The PAE's per the V538/13721 Plat. Trey, I have asked Lisa to copy me on all ads when she e-mails them to the Eagle so that I can track when they've been sent out. Can you please confirm that this ad does "not" need to run. I believe that replats involving more than two residential units per lot (per the Local Gov't Code) only need agenda only public hearings, unless I'm interpreting this wrong. Also, if it does need to run, the ad does not say "replat" in the description. Please let Lisa or myself know ASAP so that we can pull the ad if we need to.
